This two-and-a-half hour workshop is a fun orientation to accredited sources and research methodology that everyone can use. If you're a beginner, you'll take away a sense of what you need to be doing in your research; if you're an experienced genealogist, you might be surprised to discover how familiarity with accredited research precepts can revitalize your efforts. Presented by Marsha Peterson-Maass, who teaches the same course at the Newberry Library and Oakton Community College. Registration is encouraged but not required. Registration opens February 15.
