Event Details

Traveler and teacher Brian Michalski, who previously presented at GPL about his Asian adventures, is on the road again, this time spending over a year in South America. As he trekked the Inca Trail, navigated pristine Patagonia and explored the Amazon rainforest, he also volunteered, took Spanish classes, earned his English teaching certificate, and worked remotely. Brian overcame obstacles; including one so immense, it could take only the collective help of his loved ones to save him. Witness this atypical approach to a challenging yet deeply rewarding continent. Michalski will enthrall you with as many entertaining stories as he has passport stamps. Registration is required. See a preview video trailer of Brian's presentation here.
