Did you know that one of the easiest and most impactful changes an individual can make to help the environment is to eat less meat?  If your New Year’s resolution involves eating healthier, join us to learn about simple and tasty ways to incorporate more natural, plant-based foods into your diet so you can eat better, spend less, and make the planet healthier, too. Presented by Pam Gross of Bread and Buddha. Cosponsored with the Glencoe Sustainability Task Force.
